3D-MILLING MACHINE BASED ON LINEAR STEPPING MOTORS

A particular feature of this machines is construction based on Linear Stepping Motor on an air-magnetic suspension that leads to exclusion of transmissions and frictions, instead provides reliability and precision of positioning.
Any kinds of motion in the Cartesian, cylindrical and spherical co-ordinates are developed by the composing out the basis stepping motor of a rotary, linear and selective type, as well as their combination with the common moving element.
A full exclusion of mechanical transmission has made it possible to gain high stability and repeatability of parameters during 10 years of operation and to do programs correction of errors of the machine co-ordinating system
