Linear stepping Z motors

High
accelerate one-coordinate forcers (stroke)
Specific features
1.The inductor,
which is a moving part, is very light-weight.
2. High dynamic
technical characteristics of the invert type stepping motor. (acceleration up to 100 m/s2)
Brief design
description linear step z motor.
The
firm "Ruchservomotor" manufactured linear z motors. The one-coordinate linear
stepping motor consists of an inductor (1) and a forcer (2). The inductor is
made as a parallelepiped with toothed structure at the all-external sides.
The
forcer is a cube with rectangular through hole and is assembled form four packages
(3) of electromagnetic modules that have common pneumatic trunk and electronic
connections.
Compressed
air and permanent magnet form an air-magnetic suspension which holds the inductor
in the forcer.
The
one-coordinate cube-type linear stepping motors are available in different sizes
and mounting arrangements according to customer requirements.
