Segment motor RSMS-M-36-916-25

Design:
The rotary synchronous segment motor consist of two stator segment's with steel rotor ring with rare-earth permanent magnets. Each segment has three-phase coils system encapsulated in thermally conductive compound. An additional option - the bearing and incremental position encoder. The smoothness of rotation is achieved by sinusoidal commutation of currents in the coils. The torque is created directly through an air gap, i.e. there is no mechanical transmission. It provides high dynamic and precision parameters and reliability of the motor.

Advantages:
Direct (gear-less) drive, absence of mechanical transmission, high position accuracy and resolution, smooth movement, easy installation, the big diameter of hollow shaft, low cost at big diameters of hollow shaft.

   4. The stator has built-in thermal sensor threshold type on temp 120 °C.
   5. Maximal supply voltage is 600 VDC.
   6. Clamping torque at P=6 MPa for: RSM-T-36 -275-õõ:1350 Nm;
                                                    RSM-T-36 -366-õõõ:2400 Nm
                                                    RSM-T-36 -641-õõõ:7300 Nm;
   7.[S/T] - [values at Star/Triangle connection of phases.
   8. All data tolerance ±10%.
