Linear Synchronous Symmetrical Motors (Iron-core Motors) of Ruchservomotor JV
The linear synchronous motors Ruchservomotor JV because of special design features are guarantee high force dencity in compact dimensions(peak linear force up to 7600N), high velocity(up to 5m/s) and accelerations(up to 14G at user payload=0kg).
Multiples forcers can be operated independently on one magnet way. The motors can be join in serially or in parallel for obtaining higher linear force.

Short
description:
The AC synchronous symmetrical motor (iron-core) consist of a moving primary
coil unit (forcer) and two stationary permanent magnet ways(stators) from two
sides of a forcer. The forcer includes a coil unit that is encapsulated in thermally
conductive epoxy. The stator consists of magnets bonded onto a steel plate.
An air gap of 0.9 ± 0.05 mm must be maintained between forcer and stator for
proper operation of the motor.

Notes:
1. Fp - the maximum force is measured
in a continuous duty at water cooling.
| 2. Fc - the continuous force is measured
in a continuous duty for two cases:
3. Fu - peak force (time - 2 …
3 seconds). Is normalized for temperature of a wind 20°C.
4. Maximum operation temperature of a wind
is up to 120°C. Maximum temperature of stator should not exceed 100°C.
5. A working split between forcer and stators
~ 0.9 mm. An asymmetry on splits - no more ± 0,05 mm.
6. The forcer has 3 thermal sensor PTC (at
temperature exceed 120 deg) in each motor phase and linear temparature
7. The magnetic roads have a label on
one end. At mounting is necessary to follow assembly instructions.
8. Values are subject to change without notice
Ordering code: LSSM XX[model]-XXX[peak force]-X[Cooling type A[default]-convection(self) cooling; W-water cooling], for example: LSSM-P-32
