Synchronous Linear Iron-Less Motors Ruchservomotor JV

Motor description: Linear Synchronous Iron-less Motor consist of a moving primary coil unit (forcer) and magnet way. The forcer includes a coil unit that is encapsulated in thermally conductive epoxy. The magnet way consist from two magnets ways, assembled on U-shaped form. The forcer moves between two magnet roads creating the multi-pole magnet flux. The smoothness of travel is achieved by sinusoidal commutation of currents in coils.

Applications: assembling equipment; laser cutting, pick and place task, wire-bonding.

Advantages: highest dynamics, extremely smooth movement.

Notes:

  1. Fcwc - Continuous force measured at nominal current /phase at water cooling – 3 A; Fcfc - Continuous force measured at nominal current /phase at convection cooling – 1.5 (temp coils at 200C); Fp - Peak force (1…2sec).
  2. Peak current /phase(1…2sec) – 12 A (temp coils at 200C)
  3. The frame of the motor has a design ensuring functionality of the forcer at a maximum operation temperature of a coils till 1300C.
  4. The forcer has build-in thermal sensor threshold type on temp ~ 120 0C.
  5. Maximal temperature of magnet way should not exceed 100 0C.
  6. Air split between forcer and stator 0.5 mm.
